This Marriott Courtyard Hotel, designed by Cambridge Seven Associates, with 189 guestrooms and 175 parking spaces in a below ground garage, includes a cafe, two meeting rooms, a small business center, a library, an exercise room and a lap pool.

The building is placed on the site to maximize open space along the street front, creating a public plaza which allows for vehicular and pedestrian access. Three distinct setbacks maintain the street edge and architectural character of Brookline's many fine urban residential streets.
